Rental price and conditions
You rent Il Bellago per week, from 1 April through 31 October. The price includes linen, towels, water, gas, electricity and wifi. The mandatory final cleaning of € 80 is added to this.

After your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 50% of the rental amount, within 2 weeks of our confirmation. You will then receive a receipt. The remaining 50% is payable 14 days before arrival. We do not require a security deposit.
Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, you pay 25% of the rental amount, and after that 50%. We do not refund money, so we recommend a good travel and cancellation insurance. If there is a negative travel advisory for Italy (code orange or red), the amount paid will remain for a future booking.
